This bright and crisp, newly remodeled home has an open format kitchen, dining and living area with 3 spacious bedrooms that is perfect for special friend & family gatherings. Entertaining is built into the design here with a wine fridge, bar cart, spacious sectional sofa, and 48” LG OLED Smart TV with wireless streaming/cable capabilities and an integrated Sonos sound system. Includes Youtube TV, Sunday Ticket, Netflix Premium Ultra HD, etc.
The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with a Bertazzoni italian range, stainless steel appliances, and well stocked with dishware and utensils for chef-inspired home cooking. Take a seat at the marble island or gather around the dining room table to enjoy. Off the kitchen is a spacious deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee while you watch golfers tee off on the 3rd hole at Old Brockway Golf Course.
The primary bedroom is on the upper level and is very spacious with a King bed, double closets, and private doors that open onto the deck. There's also a desk and desk chair, along with a reading chair in the reading nook.The primary bath features a double vanity and clawfoot tub with shower head.
On the downstairs entrance level, you will find the other two bedrooms each featuring Queen beds with plenty of closet space. The downstairs bath is equipped with a shower/tub combo. There's also a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and deep sink. Additionally, take advantage of the coat closet in the entranceway.
The attached storage garage has a 6-pair boot & glove heater and a 10 ski / 2 snowboard rack for convenient storage and to have all your gear ready to hit the slopes the next day. Additionally, there's a Tesla Universal EV Charger with an integrated J1772 Adapter to conveniently charge any electric vehicle with up to 44 MI of range per hour at 48 amp output.

Guest Access:
Full access to the entire house, including access to the attached storage garage for gear storage only. Please note that due to the small size of the garage, we recommend parking in the spacious driveway (easily fits 4 vehicles) instead. However, the garage is a great storage space for all of your gear with the 6-pair boot & glove heater and 10 ski / 2 snowboard rack.
The Neighborhood:
A quiet neighborhood on a scenic golf course within walking distance to the lake and Kings Beach for everything you need. Surrounded by hiking / cross country skiing trails and close to North Tahoe Regional Park. Easy access to HWYs 267 & 28 for convenient drives to all of the outdoors Tahoe has to offer.
Getting Around:
Renting a vehicle, either from the traditional vehicle rental companies or a p2p service (Turo, etc.) is the best way to explore Tahoe. AWD/4WD vehicles recommended for getting around Tahoe in the winter. Otherwise, there is accessible public transportation nearby.
Tahoe Truckee Area Regional Transit (TART) Bus System
- Hwy 267 Route between Crystal Bay, Northstar, Truckee Airport, & Truck (nearest stop at Speckled St .3 miles away)
- Mainline Route (ML) travels the western shore of Lake Tahoe to the north shore at Incline village (nearest stop at Kings Beach Safeway Store on N Lake Blvd; .6 miles away)
