Guest Access:
The entire home and garage are available to you. Exceptions are a few cabinets in the garage that we use for storage and supplies.
The Neighborhood:
Our community is dedicated to dark skies, with no street lamps or outward shining lights, you’ll be able to stargaze from the either of the decks. Set a few miles from Park City Main Street, you'll love how easy it is to go to town when you decide you want to while avoiding traffic and crowds when you want to relax.
There are mountain bike trails just a few miles from the home. A few more miles beyond that, you can connect into the large Park City mtb trail system.

ACTIVITIES
- Ski and Snowboard: Park City Resort, Canyon Resort, Deer Valley (ski only, snowboarding is prohibited at DV), all 10 - 15 mi.
- Shopping and Dining: Park City Main Street, 10 mi.
- Rafting, Fishing, kayaking, Sightseeing: Weber and Provo Rivers both ~35 mi.
- For snow machines, ATV/UTV, and mountain bike rentals and tours: Park City has numerous options. Also, the nearby towns of Kamas, Heber, and Midway all have rentals options available for usually cheaper.
- Swimming, boating, canoes: Jordanelle Reservoir (5 mi) and Deer Creek (25 mi) are the closest options. Additionally, there are a dozen nearby reservoirs if you're up for exploring.

DINING & RETAIL
What Park City is known for! Close to the house there are a few dining options that are terrific. Otherwise, Park City Main Street is just 10 mi away.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Please be aware that other areas of the community are still under construction. Thankfully, all construction in front of the home is complete, there will never be an obstructed view of the lake or mountains west of the home. There is some work going on behind the home during weekday business hours. After more than a year, this has not disrupted anyone's stay as of yet.
Getting Around:
In the summer, any vehicle can access the house. In the winter, most guests rent or bring a vehicle with 4WD/AWD though it is needed only rarely. Our neighborhood is great at plowing the roads. Typically, there are just a few times a year where the snow is bad enough that 4WD is required to get to the home. Uber and Lyft are often but not always available in the area. The nearest stop for the Park City bus system is around 4mi away.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome under the ADA and stays with service animals can be subject to additional deep cleaning fees. As a courtesy, we ask that you notify us of these circumstances.
We offer two Stand Up Paddleboards (SUPs) for guests in the summer. In the winter, there are snow shoes and sleds available for guest use.
There is ongoing community construction behind the house, limited to business hours on weekdays. There is no work happening in front of the home as that area was completed years ago. The breathtaking views from the home will never be obstructed.
The hot tub behind the home is private (you won't share it with anyone) but is in view of other units and the construction site.
