With three floors of living space, 5 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms their is ample space to spread out and enjoy the wooded views and tranquility of the location while being close to attractions like Camelback; Jack Frost and Kalahari or to enjoy the beauty of hiking, waterfalls, fishing and exploring nature.
This large home is fully accessible on the first floor with a large open entertainment, kitchenet, queen size bedroom, full bathroom, and access to the landscaped backyard with firepit. The main level of this chalet style home boasts an open concept living space with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace to warm the space, a wall of windows that allow streaming sunshine to fill the space, seating that can accommodate 10 for dinner, breakfast bar with 4 stools, and additional side den for enjoying the views.
The well appointed kitchen has every feature you'd expect including stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of space to store you groceries. It is fully stocked with cooking and service for 12+ including an Instapot, griddle and coffee maker. Plus there are multiple outlets for technology to charge. There are two additional queen size bedrooms and a second full bathroom celling fans and central heat and ac system.
Continue to the third floor for an open loft space and two more bedrooms each with twin beds and a third full bathroom. From the views on the third floor you could get lost in a yoga pose, write a novel, gaze at the stars or give the kids their own space for hanging out.
