This beautifully designed home includes custom kitchen and Bathroom. A smart TV in each bedroom with Netflix, Disney plus & more streaming capabilities. Led lights throughout the house and a spacious backyard with hot tub that seats up to 4 people. Our home is within walking distance to public transportation (literally at the end of the block) and is near 2 major freeway I-285 and I-20) for easy access to the city. The neighborhood is really quite and safe. Smoking allowed outside only. I do live here so there may be some personal items in the home. The house is a 4 bedroom home. The fourth bedroom is off limits to guest. I travel a lot so I am not always here to greet guests but if I am here I look forward to meeting you. There is a camera in the common area and on the doorbell. Cameras are only reviewed if there is an incident.
