Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Property was under maintenance and how it shows like a resort I do not feel it’s a resort it’s a hotel with 11 floors. I like the design and infrastructure of the hotel.

Negative: I do not like that the staff does not know how to treat a people as they see us as an international people and no smile on the face. We are spending so at-least some complimentary things needed no water nothing. Visit in India or other country they will show you what’s the service is called. Guest is the priority but here money looks priority.
