Positive: Very clean, beautiful views, well kept, secluded, peaceful and surrounded by nature

Negative: Stairs leading to the treehouse are not lite, we had to use cellphone flashlight to navigate. There is a loose board in the loft floor which made a loud noise when we walked on it. The deck and stairs need a power washing. Instructions on how to operate the AC/Heat would be very helpful.
