Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I watched them handle multiple disasters and frustrated guests with ease. I was so impressed.

Negative: The resort has a very "Sterile" feel, lighting and ambiance were much more of a hotel feel than a resort. I would like to see it much warmer, more plants, even a fragrance if possible. Something that makes it feel more upscale.

Summary: Pleasant.
