The vacation rental is located on the first floor above the office of the Hohenlohe rental agency. In the courtyard, wooden benches invite you to wind down at the end of the day—whether with an after-work beer, a glass of wine, or simply in the peaceful atmosphere under the open sky. Two free parking spaces are available right next to the accommodation.

Out of consideration for subsequent guests, dogs are not allowed on the bed, sofa, or armchair. Dog feces in the garden and around the vacation property must be picked up. We ask that you vacuum the property before your departure to remove pet hair (leave it swept clean).
For technical reasons, it is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the vacation rental’s electrical supply. The system is not designed for this purpose, and doing so could result in a fire.
We charge a EUR 20 processing fee for any subsequent changes to the contract.
We reserve the right to charge a security deposit of 500€ for rentals to commercial customers. This will be refunded within 14 days upon checkout, provided there are no issues. If you intend to use the house for commercial purposes, you must inform us of this.
