This lakefront cottage is the perfect vacation spot at Reynolds Lake Oconee. Recently renovated and decorated as an owner occupied home, you will find all you need to enjoy a stress free and fun time at the lake.
The master suite with an amazing lake view and renovated master bath make the perfect spot for a romantic couple's weekend. In addition, the home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and an additional upstairs den/playroom with a queen size air mattress sofa bed - so accommodating a larger crowd is comfortable as well. The home features beautiful lakefront views from 3 of the bedrooms bedrooms and a long screened porch with dining and seating areas. The outdoor dining table seats six, and the indoor dining table easily seats 10.
The home is an easy 5 min walk along the boardwalk to Linger Longer Marina, where you can drop in your boat or jet ski. And the lake is great for fishing, as well as just hanging out on the dock and enjoying a cocktail and watching the sunset. Floats, chairs and paddleboards are available at the property.
