It is situated on a small 14 acre farm near downtown Marble Falls.. You will have plenty of privacy in a beautiful hill country setting.
You will get to enjoy the privacy and quietude of our 14 acre ranch. Although, you will also be conveniently located just three miles from Main Street in Marble Falls, where you can enjoy the boutiques, restaurants, and the lake view. Other convenience stores (H-E-B, Walmart, and pharmacies) are all within 15 minutes from the property.
Surrounding attractions like Fredericksburg, Johnson City, Blanco, and the beautiful Texas wine country are all within an hour drive of our home.
