This 1 bedroom lower unit is newly finished and furnished located 30 minutes outside of Park City. It's ready for you to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the Kamas Valley. Beautiful views and some of the best sun sets Utah has to offer! Mount Timpanogos, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain and the Canyons Village can all be seen from the living room and patio. Master bedroom with full bath, a spacious walk in shower and soaking tub. Kitchenette is fully stocked with all the dinnerware, pots, pans and spices you'll need. Living room is equipped with a sofa and TV opening up to the outside.
The road to the cabin is a gravel road so during the winter you must drive a 4x4 or AWD vehicle with good snow tires.
For the outdoor adventurists the home is located at the entrance to Hoyts peak in the Uintas. Take off from the home on your bikes, hiking, ATVs, snow shoes and snowmobiles. The fishing, boating and recreation access is endless. Perfect size and location for a couple's get away or a solo fishing or adventure trip into the Uintas without involving a tent!
Club house, showers, Pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis access is off the property located in Park City pass provided with your reservation.
