Welcome to Twin Brooks Retreat! This newly renovated split level home is nestled on a private lot with beautiful mature trees. This home is located just south of Asheville with easy access to a main road and is in close proximity to many local restaurants, shopping and breweries.
The house is a short 20-minute drive to Downtown Asheville or Hendersonville and only 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Please note there are 2 security cameras facing the driveway and front porch.
When you enter this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom split level home you will find it is stocked with all of your essentials. Every bedroom has a TV and dresser along with universal chargers and wireless chargers. The upstairs features a large open kitchen and eat in dining area along with a retractable baby gate at the top of the stairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with your cooking and dining essentials including a Keurig K-Duo, a Ninja Speedi, waffle maker, toaster and pots, pans and bakeware. We do also provide a selection of kids plates, cups and utensils.
Off of the kitchen and dining room is our private outdoor area which has a jetted hot tub for 6, outdoor TV and a corn hole game in the fenced in back yard. The upstairs living room has a large sectional couch and TV as well as multiple board games and card games for the family!
Down the hall are the two upstairs bedrooms and full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has a twin over queen bunk bed. In the hall closet you will also find a fold away high chair, baby gate, pack n play and some basic cleaning supplies in case there is a spill.
Going down the stairs will lead you to the basement living room which includes an electric fireplace, arcade game featuring 14 classic games, reclining couch, TV and air hockey table. This is the perfect spot for the kids to play and watch TV as there is no access to the outside and an additional baby gate is provided to help keep kids from climbing the stairs. There is another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo on this level.
The additional bedroom downstairs has a queen sized bed and across the hall is the dedicated office space. We have added some toys for small children in this room, but you can also close the door for some quiet time if you need to get some work done.
PLEASE NOTE: In snowy conditions the driveway may become slippery and we recommend 4wd or Awd.
Prior to check in you will receive a message through the platform with a pass code for the smart lock so check in and out is super easy. The entire home is accessible except for the locked owners closet in basement, the shed and the garage.
Be bear aware. Bear and raccoons are known to be in the area from time to time. We kindly ask that you don’t leave any food or trash outside overnight that might attract our furry friends. Also, please lock the doors when leaving the property.
