Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing available on the Park City golf course across the street. Light and bright end unit, with upstairs loft master king bed and adjacent sauna, entry level bedroom with queen bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry area.
Enjoy sitting in front of the river rock fireplace in the living room, or the open space from your back deck with BBQ and views overlooking the golf course. Equipped with high speed WiFi and two Roku-enabled TVs for streaming. Beautiful mature trees and well maintained common area. Club House amenities include heated pool, game room, sitting area, hot tub, sauna, changing rooms and showers. Comes with one reserved underground parking slip, one guest parking pass, and bike storage in the garage complex.
