Below are some of our recommendations
Restaurant - Hilltop Tavern - great chicken wings. The Fair View, Figs and A Mano for excellent food. A step above the usual menus. Feliz Cantina - upscale Mexican and great happy hour.
Coffee Shop - Musette - a block and a half away. Excellent coffee, friendly servers and a great breakfast menu.
Convenient Store- Klein’s Supermarket. A few blocks away but a well-stocked grocery store with high quality yet affordable fresh foods.
Dog Park - Schuylkill River Dog Park, Winter Street Greenway
Park that children can go to -Smith Playground behind the Eastern State Penitentiary, Von Colln Playground (and yes, that spelling is correct), Schuylkill River Park

There is also a Year-round farmer’s market at 22nd and Fairmount from 3-7 on Thursdays. Biking or walking in Fairmount Park along the Schuylkill River/Kelly Drive. Beautiful tree-lined path with multiple places to lounge and lots of historical sculptures. Whole Foods .5 miles from the house. A tour of the historic state penitentiary nearby is fantastic. And another tourist tip: Wonderspaces near the Fashion District mall. Incredibly fun immersive art experience that’s great for all ages.

The first floor, you will enter via the first floor and welcoming you is an open living room to a spacious dining room with beautiful custom trim work, chair rail, and recessed lighting. Incredible rear kitchen with tons of cabinets, GE monogram appliances, fantastic custom Peruvian walnut countertop, and breakfast bar. The kitchen's rear wall features sliding doors overlooking the massive backyard professionally landscaped with flagstone, custom-built pergola, with seating to enjoy morning coffee or an early evening glass of wine. Half bath and large closet are also on this level.

The second-floor rear bedroom features a wonderful custom window seat surrounded by built-ins and plentiful closet space. Beautiful full bathroom with tub. Spacious and conveniently located laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Lovely front bedroom with great closet space and large windows with views of beautiful tree-lined Brown Street.

The third floor. The serene master bedroom suite encompasses the whole third floor! The bathroom has gorgeous tilework, double sinks, and a huge walk-in double shower. The lovely and spacious bedroom features a tray ceiling and an incredible extra large walk-in closet. The 3rd floor rear deck has fantastic Center City skyline views and is the perfect vantage point.
We've finished the basement for the ultimate in TV entertaining complete with large flatscreen Smart TV.
