All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with new luxury linens and new A/C individually controlled.
The home is equipped with mini-split air conditioning and heaters along with bedroom overhead fans.

Summary: The house was very clean, air conditioned, and well-supplied. My daughter and I were in town for a wedding. I was concerned about having one bathroom to get ready in, but the house was well-designed, and we had plenty of room. The outdoor area felt private and comfortable, although since we were there in mid-summer we didn't spend a lot of time in the yard.
