Mountain Getaway in beautiful Locust Lake Village, an award winning -amenity-filled lake community in Pocono Lake. You will be staying in a beautifully restored Swiss chalet all while enjoying the 3 lakes for fishing, swimming, picnicking. Weekly activities for kids include arts and crafts, water slides, movies and bonfires.

1400 Sq ft. Outdoor fire pit with wood and complimentary s'mores included, Large deck with gas grill, table and chairs to enjoy a family barbeque or just enjoy the stars.
KITCHEN- Fully Equipped, quartz counter tops, table 6 chairs, cooking basics, stainless appliances including dishwasher. Drip coffee maker and numerous other small appliances.
INTERIOR- Large comfortable seating area with bay window to watch wildlife , fireplace(seasonal), sunroom with games for kids, 3 bedrooms each with wifi and smart tv. Take your picture with our house mascot, "Sven", our 5 ft stuffed black bear decked out for each holiday.
GENERAL- Free WiFi, central heating, window AC, linens/towels, ring doorbell(facing outward).
COMMUNITY AMENITIES- Locust Lake, Pines Lake, East Lake have a mix of playground equipment, snack bars, boat rentals (additional fee), beaches, tennis courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits. Stocked ponds for fishing (Pa fishing license and $10.00 fee required). Community activities include arts and crafts for kids, weekly bbq, bonfires on beach. Check website for specific events.
POLICIES

-Maximum 6 overnight guests allowed, with 3 additional guests during the day.
-Must be 25 years old to rent.
-Photo ID at check in
-No pets allowed
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-Quiet hours 10pm-8am Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-8am Friday and Saturday
-Absolutely no fireworks permitted. Large fine will be incurred

-Wristbands- Each rental will receive 6 complimentary amenities wristbands, and additional wristbands are available for $9.00/day per guest. All guests over 12 are required to have wristbands while using any community amenities
-Fishing- there is a $10.00 per person restocking fee for any rental guests who would like to fish in LLV lakes. A valid Pa fishing license is also required. This can be obtained online or at the Pocono Boat House on Rte 940
