2 Bedroom House in Canandaigua
There is no kitchen for your use. Although each room has a refrigerator, microwave, keurig for you and a grill outside. I live in another part of the home although I do not share the space with you. You have your own private entrance.
Two large bedrooms that have plush bedding.
One with 2 twin beds and the other one with a king size bed.
Both have electric fireplaces. Large bathroom with a double sink and all amenities as well as a sitting room for all your relaxation or business needs. Desk, wifi, iPad etc.
You may be a snowbird and if so will love all the local parks to snow shoe or cross country ski. If you like to downhill ski Bristol Mountain is just 8 miles away.
You are also footsteps from Butler Beach with a lifeguard during peak season and free access to the school house area.
We are just 2 miles away from town with great places to eat and shop.
There are so many wineries and local breweries to meet everyone's needs.
The famous grape pies are everywhere nearby.
New firepit area with seating has been put in to enjoy the more refreshing cooler temperatures in spring or fall.
