So whether you want to make blueberry waffles for your crew before a day on the slopes, or prepare some aprés-ski snacks and cocktails, you’ll have everything you need. There’s plenty of space for everyone to dine— either at the formal dining table or the casual leather bar stools at the counter.
From the dining area, a glass sliding door leads outside to the backyard patio, where Adirondack chairs provide plenty of lounging space and a picnic table is ideal for dining alfresco in the warmer months. There’s also a large, private hot tub that will soon become your favorite spot to chill after a full day on the ski slopes or hiking trails. Hungry? The primary suite is the first of five peaceful bedrooms and is located on the main level. On the upper level, there are two guest rooms, each with a spacious king-size bed, a large flatscreen HDTV, and shared access to the full bathroom. The final bedroom is also a secondary living space/media room with a 13’ plush custom leather sofa that houses two twin-size sleepers and a 65-inch HDTV for the late night crew.

This home includes garage parking for 2 small to mid-size cars and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. No street parking is permitted at any time. Vehicles parked in the driveway cannot overhang the sidewalk at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.
