PETS ARE WELCOME:
We`re happy to welcome well-behaved, house-trained pets to Rangewell Retreat. There is a $150 non-refundable fee per dog, up to 2 dogs, with each dog weighing no more than 25 lbs. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning that keeps the home comfortable and allergy-friendly for every guest.
Please let us know in advance if you`re bringing your pet(s). Note: Airbnb only automatically charges for one pet — if you`re bringing a second dog, the additional $150 fee will be requested separately through Airbnb.
A few simple guidelines keep the space clean and cozy for everyone:
- Dogs must be fully house-trained and potty-trained.
- Please keep dogs off all furniture, including couches and beds — we recommend bringing a pet bed or blanket for their comfort.
- If your dog is left alone in the home, they must be safely crated.
- Always clean up after your dog and take them out regularly for potty breaks.
- Please help us minimize pet hair during your stay. A vacuum and large lint rollers are available in the home.
If a significant amount of fur is left behind on carpets, furniture, or bedding, it may require extra cleaning and could result in additional charges.
