Lovely older home 4 blocks from town recently renovated. Three bedrooms, master with private bath and sliding glass doors to a large deck and hot tub for 8 people.Bedroom #2 has a 3/4 full size bed and a twin, bedroom #3 has a pair of twin beds.All bedding is new Jameson Marriott five star mattresses. The two guest bedrooms share a beautiful tile bath. The den has a full size fold out sofa bed for overflow, or kids that want to stay up late and watch a movie on Netflix or from our video library. The house is close to the Music Center and only 4 short blocks from the center of town so you can walk to great restaurants, shops and breweries. The backyard is fenced, well behaved pets are okay.

Summary: We all loved this house! The back deck was a great size and shaded by trees in the afternoon. The location in regards to Brevard was fantastic - everything was so accessible. The neighborhood was quiet - met the backyard neighbor through our dogs checking each other out! (Loved the fenced yard!)As the owner mentioned, the kitchen was super well stocked and organized. Everything was as advertised plus!
