Surprisingly spacious - yes, there are 3 bedrooms! 2 queen beds, and a bunk bed with twin beds. Full sized bathroom with tub, shower, hair dryer, soap, body wash, and shampoo/conditioner provided for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dining utensils, and more. There’s a large table for dining in the kitchen, as well as a dinette in the living room.
Guest Access:
The whole basement apartment is yours. With private access along the side of the home, you’ll have your own kitchen, living and dining rooms, bathroom, and bedrooms.
The Neighborhood:
Centrally located - close to Downtown, Ruston waterfront, freeway, and dining but with the feel of a quiet, close knit community.
Getting Around:
Our home is close to the freeway, with plenty of on street parking. There are bus stops within a short walking distance, and shops/dining/entertainment are a short walk away as well!
Other Things to Note:
This apartment is in the basement of a triplex, with 2 other active units above. While the home looks and feels brand new, it was built in the 1920’s, which means sound can travel. We ask that all guests are mindful of any other potential guests staying in our home and honor quiet times. (10pm-7am)
