Nature at it's best. Walking distance to Catawba Falls, trout fishing, hiking, hunting. Local grocery store/food in town. 9 miles from Black Mountain which offers local breweries, restaurants, social life, Live music. 20 miles from Asheville. Recently opened Brewery (Hillman Brewery) in town, 4miles away with great food.

Other things to note:
We have WiFi and Directv and a jet tub to enjoy besides being in a beautiful house surrounded by peaceful nature!! We also offer breakfast food for our guest!
(Catawba Falls is unfortunately closed May 2, 2022 until possibly Spring 2023 for major improvements) but there are a lot of beautiful waterfalls to be seen just a few miles away!

Summary: Beautiful, well-maintained home in perfect mountain location. The owners clearly care a lot about this home and we tried to take care of it like our own. Kitchen was the most well-stocked of any short-term rental I've ever stayed in. Lots of space, comfortable beds, every possible thing you could need to make a meal and relax with family and friends. Very family friendly space. This house is perfectly situated up a steep, private driveway right near the very popular Catawba Falls trailhead. The yard is private and in mid-Oct, is the perfect setting for a cozy fall rental. The host was very easy to get a hold of and they provided breakfast supplies which came in VERY handy both mornings we were there. I would stay here 100 more times and hope I get the chance to again sooner than later. Thank you for an amazing VRBO experience!
