Located in Midway, Utah, this home is set in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from Soldier Hollow and many local restaurants, and 20 minutes from Deer Valley, Park City, and Sundance. The airport, downtown and five other major ski resorts are about an hour away. Sleeps 5 guests, garage parking for two cars, beautifully landscaped fenced yard, and all the amenities you'll need. With double master bedrooms, it's the perfect getaway for a small family or two couples.
The home has an open floor plan and features a great room with gas fireplace, Roku flat screen TV, and well stocked kitchen with double ovens. The master suite has a second Roku flat screen, DVD player, a soaking tub, and large shower. The second master bedroom has an attached bathroom with tub/shower combo, and both offices can be converted to a third anf fourth bedroom with a double bed pullout sofas.
The garage has parking for 2 cars plus ski and bike storage, and the driveway is large enough for a few more vehicles. The laundry room has a new high-end washer and dryer, and the mudroom is a great place to dry out your ski and hiking gear.
Dry creekbeds meander through the front and back of the property, and lit pathways lead from the back lawn to a fire pit and reading nook under a pergola. Bbq on the large outdoor grill, enjoy views of the majestic Wasatch Mountains from an adirondack chair, or curl up on the covered deck next to the fire table. A 7-person hot tub will ease your ski muscles at the end of the day.
No need to check in upon arrival - the house is equiped with keypad lock for easy access.
High speed Internet is available throughout the property, and there is cable TV and a Sonos sound system. All bedding, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, hand lotion, and hair dryer are supplied. There is a well-stocked coffee bar, and basic cooking essentials are provided.
The backyard is fully fenced and a dog is welcome if it is housebroken and adequately supervised.
The house is not suitable for very young children as there are no child safety features. Please no kids under six years old.
