The first floor has a large living and dining area with gas fireplace, big screen TV and vaulted ceilings, a convenient half bath, a storage closet with ski boot dryers, and a bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The second floor has a second bedroom with a king bed, big screen TV and ensuite bathroom and a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. The townhome was recently renovated and features new furniture, linens, and dishware and also includes use of a covered parking space in the building.
The Three Kings campus includes a heated pool and hot tub open year round, sauna, game room, and gym just across the street. Convenient to everything, you can walk to ski lifts, restaurants, shops, or Park City downtown or catch the free bus out front that will take you on a direct route to Park City Mountain (3 minutes), downtown Park City (9 min), or Deer Valley (15 min)
