Spacious 4-bedroom/5-bathroom suites feature a master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and master bathroom with a large tub and separate shower. The other bedrooms are furnished with either one king- or two queen-size beds, and the other bathrooms offer a standard tub and shower combination. This suite includes a generous living room with separate dining area, gas fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, TV, and open balcony, as well as a stackable washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. Some units have vaulted ceilings.

Upon successful payment of listed price:
· Please send us the name and address (as printed on a government issued photo ID) of the Guest who is to check in at the Resort. The reservation will be placed in that name and a reservation confirmation also known as "Guest Confirmation Certificate" will be ONLY EMAILED within 4-5 business days. That is all you need for check-in purposes. Nothing else is sent via post mail.
Security Deposit Taken Upon Check-In by RESORT CONCIERGE ONLY. AMOUNT IS DETERMINED BY LENGTH OF STAY AND IF THERE ARE DAMAGES. NOTHING WILL BE CHARGED IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES. THERE MAY BE A HOLD OF $250-$1000.
Separate Security Damage Deposit is collected by Hotel/Resort Property’s Management (NOT Owner/Manager or Broker), for Security Purposes. Security Deposit will be refunded from Resort Management within 30 days of the Check-Out Date from the Resort, provided NO deductions are made due to:
* damage caused to the property or furnishings;
* ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
* iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
Deposit Hold is Determined by Resort, Length Of Stay AND IF there are any damages. Nothing will be charged to your card if there are No Damages. Deposit Amount Varies Per Reservation, Per Resort and Per Length of Stay. Deposit Ranges from $250-$1000 per stay. Resort Management reserves the right to update the security deposit amount without notice.
· The reservation can only be in one person's name. Once the name has been assigned, it cannot be changed without an additional fee of $200. Any name change request must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date.
