The Neighborhood:
Valley Resort, located in Park City, Utah, is just 38 miles east of the Salt Lake International Airport. Deer Valley offers luxurious amenities such as ski valets, groomed-to-perfection slopes, on-site child care and gourmet dining in three elegant day lodges.
This home s only .6 miles from Old Town and .6 miles to the base of Deer Valley. A short, ten minute bus ride or drive is needed to Park City Mountain.
Getting Around:
From the home, it is an easy and relatively flat 15-minute walk to Park City Main Street. There is also a stop for the Free Park City Bus System at the entrance to the neighborhood that can take you to Main Street, Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain Resort, Canyons Resort, and even out to Kimbal Junction.
From the home, it is about a 13-minute walk to reach the Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley Resort. You can also take the bus from the entrance of the neighborhood

Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
