- The kitchen, dining and family room are all open-concept and spacious.
- There is a large and beautiful circular dining room table with seating for 6.
- High-Speed Internet provided by Starlink with mesh router extenders throughout the home. Speeds are between 100 and 200 mbps, more than adequate to run internet meetings while others are streaming video online.
The attached custom home is spectacular inside and out with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a professional chef's kitchen, huge vaulted ceilings, game room and private 10 person hot tub plus much more. The home resides at the end of a private cul-de-sac just off 1200 S in Heber Valley. Parking for the guest home is along the far right side of the driveway of the main home. Garage parking as well as the ancillary parking at the end of the cul-de-sac is reserved for the guests of the main home. Please do not block access to the driveway, the garages or the ancillary parking. If there are guests in the main home, please respect their privacy and right to a quiet and peaceful retreat. The same will be asked of them in regards to your peace and quiet.

As stated, THE Luxury Heber Home has two parts, the main 5 br, 4.5ba home and the attached 2br 1ba guest home. If you reserve one, the other can be added to your reservation if available or reserved separately. There are no shared spaces between the two units other than the driveway. Access between the two units (if you reservation includes both) is via a set of adjoining doors in the laundry room of the main home and dining are of the guest home. If you do not add the main home to your reservation, it is possible it will be reserved by another party and that party may be onsite enjoying their reservation during your stay. Please respect the any guests using the main home and their right to an uninterrupted stay and peaceful sleep. As such we ask that you keep quite hours of 10pm to 8am. The primary concern is noise outside of the home. Please make yourselves at home after 10pm inside the home within reason. With the exception of the private deck off the master bedroom and the front lawn areas outside the entrance to the guest home, the remainder of the exterior, including the entire back yard and Spa are for the exclusive use of the guests of the main home.
This home is one of only 3 on a very private cul-de-sac in the prestigious Lake Creek area of Heber Valley. It is a rural area with frequent wildlife such as deer and the occasional moose.
