This is a 3000q Ft 4 bedroom duplex. From our driveway you are a 10 minute - 5.5 mile drive to the PCMR Town Lift parking garage on Main Street, an 11 minute - 6 mile drive to the PCMR parking lot, and a 10 minute - 7.4 mile drive to the Deer Valley/Deer Crest Parking lot (Jordanelle side of Deer Valley).
The main floor features a half bath, dining area and large, open kitchen that transitions into the great room. The seating consists of 2 down filled slip covered sofas and 2 swivel chairs. The space has a gas fireplace and a 55" LCD Smart TV. On the balcony connected to the kitchen there is a gas grill. Wireless internet is available throughout the house and a color wireless HP Officejet printer is available for use on the desk in the kitchen area.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Primary Bedroom has a 45" 4K Roku TV and a king size bed with hybrid memory foam mattress. The primary bath has a large walk in shower with 2 shower heads and a large walk in closet rounding out the area.
The 2nd upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. It shares a bathroom (not connected) with the 3rd bedroom. The 3rd upstairs bedroom is smaller but still has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. Bathroom has 2 sinks and a shower/bath combination.
The lower level has a second large living area and is furnished with 2 slip covered sofas and 2 swivel glider chairs. We have added an arcade quality pinball machine and Tornado Foosball table. There is a 55" Smart LCD TV mounted on the wall and an Xbox 360(which also serves as the DVD player) in the entertainment center. We have a supply of xbox games you are free to use.
The lower level bedroom is a bunk room with (2) sets of bunk beds (twin over double). There is also a large full bathroom with 2 sinks on this floor. This area makes an excellent kid's oasis.
Just outside the back door on the lower level is the 6 person (it says 7 but I don't know 7 people that small) Caldera Hot Tub. The back patio is outfitted with outdoor seating as well (put away in winter due to snow). The neighborhood clubhouse (which you will have a key to) has a swimming pool (summer access only) movie theater room and workout facilities. The home backs up to a scenic 15 acre park.
During the winter months no parking is allowed on the street and no more than 3 cars can fit in the garage/driveway.
