Summary: Time with family (cousins) and relaxing before the hustle & bustle of the Holiday Season. Purchased a Christmas tree & wreath. Also enjoyed some shopping in Boone. While we enjoyed being ‘weekend chiefs,’ there are several delicious eateries if you’re wanting a meal out on the town. Can’t say enough about the location - so serene & snow was the cherry on top…saw so many deer & turkeys too.
