Summary: This is a really nice old French quarter type experience. Nothing fancy at all. Beds were very comfortable and yet bathrooms quite dated and in great need of update. It took 10 minutes to get warm enough water in the shower; towels are old and not fancy. The courtyard was brick and the bricks were slippery with algae. All these are easy fixes and you might avoid the hotel until you hear these types of things are tended to.
