ATV/Snowmobile trails are minutes away and Deadwood with it's great casino's/gambling, restaurants, event's/concerts and historic ambiance is only 8 miles away and you can be there in just about a 15 minute drive. Spearfish Canyon is a 15 minute drive with it's rim-rock canyon walls with great hiking and trout fishing as well! The property isn't far off the main highway 385 that connects you to places like Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Sylvan Lake, Black Elk Peak and more in under an hour! The location of the property is hard to beat!
The property itself is one-of-a-kind with a large yard and private access to Bear Butte creek. You'll love sitting by the peaceful stream every morning and evening and enjoying the frequent wildlife that roam through the yard. You can sit along the wrap-around deck and enjoy the view! The main level has an open living, kitchen, and dining area making it great for entertaining. The kitchen is well-stocked and ready for you to prepare your own meals!
