Positive: The location is amazing, everything was very close, 5 minutes far from the centre, by foot. The stuff was available every time when we needed something. Everyone is very polite and helpful. As we arrived earlier, they offered to keep our luggage until check in time, for free.

Negative: We had some delays with check-in. Even though, it was later in the afternoon, they needed a bit more time for cleaning. But the apartment was clean and very nice. Also, as we checked in later, the host offered late check out as compensation.
