Positive: The suite was large, clean and comfortable. We were here for 5 days. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We ate dinner 3 times in the lounge and the food was extremely good. Ed, the bartender, was very nice and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good although I usually ordered my eggs fried as I'm not big on scrambled eggs. I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: We were on the 5th floor and although there was a designated area marked "vending/ice machine" there were neither. Just an empty room with water pipes. We had to go to the 4th floor to get ice. Not a huge complaint, just an inconvenience.
