My mother is renting her home at Fountain of the Sun!
Come join the sunshine and activities of Fountain of The Sun Community.
The home is located in a super friendly cul-de-sac and is a single level split floor plan two bedroom two bath, two car garage with a bonus Arizona room.
Free WiFi is provided and the living room has a Smart TV for those who bring their own passwords to their Netflix or Hulu accounts (plus access to free apps).
The master quarters has a king size bed, a 55” wall mounted TV, lots of drawers and closet space and a walk in shower.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, a 47” TV, also lots of storage space and drawers and the adjacent guest bathroom has a tub/shower.
The open floor living room has a 65” Smart TV and plenty of seating arrangements.
The dining room seats 8 or more and the full kitchen is well equipped.
The bonus Arizona room sofa sleeper offers accommodations for 2 extra guests and has a 42” TV.
The house has a two car garage and a full laundry area with full size washer and dryer.
The sliding glass doors opens to the back yard where you’ll find two tables with plenty of seating, a small fire pit and a gas grill with the necessary tools. Bunnies often frolic under the trees shading the yard.
Fountain of the Sun is a large gated community for 55 years and older people looking for a leisurely lifestyle with plenty of activities to chose from. It offers:
- An 18 holes executive golf course that is open to visitors during selected hours.
- A super nice large pool and spa overlooking the lake.
- An attached Clubhouse with year round social gatherings and activities (over 50 - from pottery making, stained glass, crafts, a computer club amongst many others) with multi-purpose rooms, game rooms, a library and a post office.
- A well equipped exercise room.
- A pickle ball court.
- Six horse shoe courts (where tournaments take place)
- Six shuffleboard courts.
- Birdie’s restaurant overlooking the lake and the golf course.
The house and the community is super close to Costco, Winco, Fry’s and Albertson’s, Walmart, Sprouts, Superstiton Springs Mall and its restaurants and movie theater and hospitals. Mesa Downtown and Mesa Center for the Arts is a few miles away.
Water, sewer, garbage removal, electricity, WiFi internet and basic cable TV included during the peak season of January, February and March.
During the low season of April through December WiFi internet, water, sewer and garbage removal are included (electricity and basic cable TV are separate charges).
The house is available for 30 days minimum. Please no pets and no smokers, the home is an allergy free place.
