Positive: Comfortable, well made, tasteful furniture! Bed well made, very comfortable & linens/towels clean and crisp. Pillows are super comfy, good loft! Wonderful city view and of mountains and natural sunlight coming through very nice! Very spacious, including bathroom, nice layout of storage cabinetry/kitchen along the main wall. Linens/blanket for sofa bed were clean & conveniently stored. Sofa comfortable, well padded; good support! Robes were clean & luxurious. Kitchen had dish ware & cups/mugs/utensils, basic appliances.

Negative: NO soap bars in bathroom for handwashing/jacuzzi tub!Only one tube of body lotion on the vanity! Of the two pair of slippers, one pair had been worn with heel impressions and badly stained soles, gross!! The Sub-Zero mini fridge needs repair asap!!! The inner seal at the bottom of the door has torn loose and is hanging down visibly from the outside! Upon inspection when door is opened, there is bacteria/mold growing along the torn strip!! It has been a good while for the mold to form as it now!! Unsanitary and health hazard! Shocking! The Keurig machine was dirty; had to run 5 cups of water before water ran clear before inserting K-cup to make coffee. Although two paper cup sleeves were provided, there were no paper cups for to go coffee. The container for sugar packets, creamers, etc. was filthy, bottom was strewn with sugar from torn packets. Not too hard to empty out, shake out & wipe out sugar, and replenish. Not a good look and exudes carelessness to these details for the beverage service. Although mini kitchen area was convenient, why NO mini dishwashing soap, sponge, kitchen towel??? Experience would have been a ‘10’ if these items were addressed!!
