The space
Welcome to our serene and spacious getaway, perfect for up to 12 guests seeking both communal experiences and personal relaxation. This home boasts 5 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone. 2 inviting living rooms, 2 fully stocked kitchens, and a game room, equipped with a pool table, foosball, magnetic darts, an arcade game, and various board games, offer endless entertainment options. Our accommodation is uniquely designed for multigenerational families, featuring amenities for both babies and furry friends.
Smart TVs are conveniently located in every bedroom and living space, offering a wide range of personalized streaming options for your entertainment needs.
The decor is cozy and home-like, complementing the peaceful and family-oriented ambiance of the surroundings. For your convenience, a starter set of household items is provided, along with linens and towels. Outdoor Spaces:
✶ There’s a great deck upstairs with plenty of seating for all guests between the dining area and separate seating areas. There is a propane grill as well for all your grill masters.
✶ The fire pit out front can keep everyone cozy. There is a starter set of firewood available under the deck stairs. Additional firewood can be purchased at several nearby stores.
✶ There’s plenty of space to spread out with an additional seating area on the back deck outside the game room. There’s also multiple seating areas under the front deck for more intimate conversation.
1st Floor:
The first floor is fully equipped and could be it's own unit. With 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, game room, and open concept living room and kitchen/dining area, any family member with mobility issues can still enjoy the family getaway and be a part of the magic. There is a queen bedroom and a bunk room with 2 twin beds on this floor, including a pull out sofa in the living room.
Enjoy your morning coffee or tea in the fully stocked kitchen before joining the rest of the group upstairs. Or retire to your private room to catch up on your favorite streaming shows as every bedroom includes a Roku TV.
2nd Floor:
The second floor provides even more space to spread out for your group while also including a dining area that can accommodate the entire group at once. Another fully stocked kitchen makes sure you have everything you need to feed a hungry crowd after a fun day exploring the Poconos.
Vaulted ceilings and a view of the tranquil wooded area provide the perfect backdrop to spend time with loved ones playing a card game or teaching the little ones Monopoly.
This floor has 3 bedrooms including the primary with its own private bathroom and dedicated workspace, an additional full hall bathroom, and an open concept living space opening up to the expansive deck.

Guest access
Guests have access to all necessary areas of the home inside and out. The shed is locked for the owner's personal property. There is a locked closet on each floor for the cleaning team.
Arrowhead Lake Community requires all guests to register as temporary members. They require all guests' names over 6 years old as well as all vehicle information be submitted no less than 5 days before check-in.
✱ No changes can be made within 5 days of check-in.
✱ They also require a valid license and paper car registration for all vehicles. Temporary gate keys are provided for each vehicle. Any gate keys not returned at the end of your stay will result in a $50 per gate key replacement.
✱ All guests must first stop at the Rental Center to receive gate keys before proceeding to the property.

Considerations:
✱ Compact gravel driveway may be uneven and difficult for some family members to navigate; there is one small step to enter the downstairs level.
✱ Main floor has full accommodations. Perfect for guests with mobility issues.
