Beautiful bright kitchen, bathrooms, new flooring & paint, with tile throughout the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Structural wood exposed beam, immense character, all in your open concept living space. HUGE game room with its own master bathroom featuring rain shower, double sinks and extra large walk-in closet. Backyard features a sparkling pool.
This 4 bedroom + game room (with pullout), 3 bath house is centrally located to enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer.
Bedroom configuration -
Game/Bonus Room - This was meant to be a master bedroom. However, we converted this room to a game room with a 7' pool table, 12' shuffleboard table & Golden Tee golf game. The count pulls out to a full size bed, as well (Sleeps 2).
This game room has a luxury bathroom attached with a shower & bathtub, as well as a walk in closet for additional storage. The bathroom works great to take turns getting ready in, while there is still an actual master bedroom, which has it's own full bathroom attached.
