Summary: When we first arrived, there was sand and dirt all on the floor area in the kitchen, den and foyer. I called the owner and she got the maid to come back up and clean those areas again. It wasn't much better when that was done. The bathroom attached to the room with 2 beds had some trouble, the stopper in the sink was stuck and broken in the closed position and the shower had good water pressure and then it would all but go away. They came and fixed the sink. With one of the sliding glass doors, we could never get it to lock going to the balcony and we have children ranging from 1-13. But the worst part was when one of my grandchildren and her mother were going to bed (Bunk bed room) the top bunk sheets were NASTY. There was sand and dirt on the sheets toward the bottom of the bed. It was great spending time together with my family but most of it was done out by the pool or going out to dinner. We love staying at EnSoleil but we won't ever stay in 411.
