Dock Holiday is a wonderful waterfront condominium just a few steps from beautiful Little Bay. This amazing (2) two bedroom (2) two-bathroom first floor condominiumincludes all the conveniences of home -- plus some! It's perfect for two couples, families, or a single couple who like extra space. The master suite has a King-size bed, and the second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a twin bed.The bedroom suites are on opposite sides of the kitchen/living room, so perfect for privacy. Each bedroom has a closet, dressers, and flat-screen TVs. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo.
Dock Holiday has a wonderful fully equipped kitchen that includes cookware, Keurig Coffee Pot, pots, pans, and all the utensils you need to make your own meals or enjoy take-out food from any of the several nearby restaurants. A full-size washer and dryer, large closets, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi, high-speed Internet, and free parking are all included.
Enjoy relaxing on the back deck with open views of Little Bay. As a guest of Dock Holiday, you can leave your boat in the water tied to one of the finger piers that just out the back door. There are also two designated boat trailer parking areas. The finger piers and trailer parking are available on a first come first serve basis. There is also a designated BBQ area and shared fishing dock with a fish cleaning stand and fishing lights for hours of endless fishing fun!
