Located adjacent to downtown Willmar and the hospital, this is ideal for traveling staff, students, and interns and retirees. Also easy access to MNWest Tech campus and recreational options with
bike trails and lakes. Guests have easy access to shopping, community theater, library, YMCA, and restaurants. Our lovely mid size town with a rural flavor, offers local music venues, a shopping mall, farmers market in summer months, area wineries and brew pubs and an amateur baseball team in the Northwoods League, the Stingers . It is an easy 2 hours to Minneapolis/St Paul and 1 hour to St Cloud shopping, entertainment and regional airport.
The basement studio with private entrance has a queen bed and a single which is on a raised area, an electric wall mounted fireplace, kitchenette, bathroom,shower and laundry available to guests. Off street parking and free WiFi.

Summary: Kay is a wonderful host! Her place is bright, colorful, cheerful, cozy, inviting & very well maintained! The house & gardens are charming & delightful; we really enjoyed our stroll through the garden the morning of checking out. The location was excellent for our needs and easy to find. It is a basement apartment: there are stairs to navigate, and the lighting is pretty bright for me personally. The twin bed is on an elevated section of flooring that my back & knees would not want to contend with, but my son slept there and my husband & I slept in the queen bed on the other side of the room. Kay gave us great tips on the area which we followed and had a great time!
