Summary: To start the staff was what really made the stay the best. The heated pool was a great experience considering its winter. The original booking was a single queen; it was very small (minimum walk space around the bed) with water dripping issues in the bathroom. The staff was understanding that was an issue to which they switched us to a different room. The second room was two queens; it was nice, clean, had a decent amount of space to walk, great pressure in the shower, and was great.
