LOCATION! "Varsity Park" is a wonderful neighborhood in Mountain View on the Los Altos border, walking distance from both downtown Mountain View and downtown Los Altos (1.5 miles either way) that even has its own "secret" kids park around the corner from this home. It is located near the intersection of Miramonte and Cuesta in Mountain View, near all major highways yet situated in a quiet quaint neighborhood where people still stroll in the evenings.
The home is clean, bright and free of clutter. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay including kitchenware basics (cookware, dishes, drinkware, cutlery etc), linens and towels. There are TVs in the living room, primary bedroom and second bedroom, as well as kitchen. Roku provides easy streaming using your accounts.
The appliances are all either purchased new (stove, dryer) or within a couple years old (washer, dishwasher, fridge).
Hardwood floors allow the home to be dust-free, and no animals have lived here for over 20 years, for a truly allergy-friendly place to rest.
The home has central air conditioning and heating using a Nest thermostat.
There is one main bathroom serving the three bedrooms, and a second (small) full bathroom tucked away behind the kitchen for privacy. Go ahead and blast your morning podcast, the rest of the family cannot hear you.
THREE BEDROOMS:
-The primary bedroom has a California King bed. This bedroom has a TV. Note there is no bathroom in the primary bedroom - it is in the hall.
-One small bedroom contains a "full"-sized bed that can sleep 1-2, and has a TV.
-The other small bedroom has a twin bed plus a twin trundle (trundle is a latex mattress) that rolls out, thus sleeping 1-2 on twin beds. No TV in this bedroom.
The maximum headcount is 6 total, of which 4 can be adults. No animals.
Floor to ceiling windows along the back of the house bring nature in, enjoy our mature plantings and the hummingbirds drinking honeysuckle nectar from our vines. The property has productive avocado, lemon, lime, orange, mandarin, blood orange, plum and persimmon trees for you to enjoy. A garden crew tidies up every 1-2 weeks. Of course, there is a fruit picking pole for you to use.
The driveway has a full wooden gate on wheels, and the property is fully fenced, for safe play for little ones. The driveway is also painted and clean, and my own kids loved biking and skating on it, as well as chalk art. We have installed artificial turf in front and turf/bark in back.
There is a utilities deposit to reimburse electric use by renter so you can use as much EV charging, air conditioning as you want according to your personal preferences.
A full sized washer and dryer are in the garage for your use. There's also a second full sized fridge/freezer in the garage for your Costco runs!
Other amenities include outdoor furniture (couches and dining furniture), and a separate locking outdoor shed to store stuff next to the driveway.
This home has central air conditioning for any hot summer days, which are not that many because solar attic fans keep the cool.
A very short walk away is a neighborhood shopping corner with a bagel shop (best in the area!), grocery store, bank, nail salon, pearl tea, bakery, Starbucks, Chinese food, yoga studio, martial arts studio, dry cleaner etc...

This home is in the Los Altos School District (Springer, Black, MV High), and can walk or bike to St. Francis private school. We are close to many tech companies. It's about 1.75 miles to the Caltrain station, an easy bike ride. We are about equal distance between Hwy 101 and Hwy 237 (to the east) and both Foothill Expwy and Hwy 280 and 85 (to the west).
