Located in the amazing Heber Valley, this 2 bedroom, 1 bath lower level vacation rental with be the perfect hub for your Utah stay. With a fully equipped kitchen, idyllic location and over 2000 square feet of living space, you're in for a great vacation whether staying indoors or heading out to explore all that Heber Valley has to offer.
We are perfectly located near world famous ski resorts, 2 beautiful lakes, several golf courses and world renowned places and events (Swiss Days, Midway Ice Castles, Soldier Hallow tubing, Park City, Sundance Film Festival, the Rodeo Circuit and much more!)
At the heart of this home is a fully-equipped, brand new kitchen. The large family room/game room includes a comfortable couch, smart TV, ping pong table, electric dart board, putting mat and several books and games for you to enjoy. Just past the kitchen is a hallway that leads to two spacious bedrooms (with huge closets), a large pantry and a bathroom with a separate toilet/shower area. There are even blackout curtains for each bedroom.

This VRBO does not have its own thermostat control so just let me know if you need the temperature adjusted during your stay. There are space heaters and portable fans in each bedroom. Although we have taken care to add extra soundproofing, my family occupies the upper floor so you may hear some noise during your stay.
