Summary: I had some major flight delays so I didn't get to the hotel until 6:30am when I was supposed to be there the night before. I was very tired so I just wanted to go straight to sleep. The room wasn't very clean at all. There was a dirty sock still on the floor. I had to force the door open because there wasn't space between the bottom of the door and the carpet, that should have been addressed as soon as the shift started to happen but it was clear that maintenance issues were not addressed at all at this hotel. The shower head was the worst I have ever encountered, it was most likely original from the 90s and trickled through only a few holes with very low water pressure. The iron was OLD as well and falling apart. The entire room smelled of mildew. The breakfast looked old and stale. I was just way too tired to even address it with the hotel. I know this isn't a 5 star star facility but I didn't expect it to be that bad. Staff was great and friendly though!
