MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for guests aged 18-21 and requires Stay Minty’s express written permission and a paid security deposit of $500 to be collected separately.. Contact us for details prior to booking.

Stay Minty properties are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells and are capable of recording video and audio.
GUEST REGISTRATION
Upon booking with us, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you'll find reservation and property details, access codes and other pertinent information. To complete registration, you will be asked for personal details and will upload your driver's license and a selfie (don't worry - it's super simple!). Airbnb guests with a ""VERIFIED"" profile are pre-registered and aren't required to go through this process.
