The Neighborhood:
Summit represents a residential area to the northeast of Park City and can easily be accessed by Highway 40. Residents enjoy the easy access to Park City and its world class recreational activities, hiking, and biking trails right out your back door but also within 15 minutes of all three world class resorts that Park city has to offer.
Getting Around:
Silver Summit has the advantage of quick commute to Salt Lake City, the Kamas area, and Heber Valley. The Trailside Park, Mountain Ranch Estate, Silver Creek Business Park and Sun Meadows are just off Interstate 40 at Silver Summit exit.
Other Things to Note:
Please kindly note that we have a mandatory $250 security deposit fee in place which will only be waived on a case-by-case basis.
The security deposit is fully refundable once the property inspection is completed and there are no damages or extra cleaning required. We will always refund your deposit in a timely manner once the property is checked.

-Landscaping, pool company, and pest control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.
