This is an unit at the WorldMark Park City can accommodate up to 10 people. It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit. There is an elevator in the building. There one master bedroom with a king bed (sleeps 2) with its own bathroom. The second bedroom has one queen bed. The third bedroom has either one full bed or two twin beds (sleeps 2). Unfortunately for the third bedroom, the bed configuration varies and cannot be assigned or requested in advance. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds (sleeps 2). There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area (sleeps 2).

ABOUT: The resort offers 24 hour front desk, underground parking, health fitness center, outdoor heated pool, outdoor spa, and more. It is located in the same building as the Raintree Miner's Club, right next to the Waldorf Gondola. Overnight ski locker storage service is available at the Aloha Ski Rental shop at the gondola.
PARKING: There is one indoor parking space available on the property for this unit.
CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM (please do not expect to be allowed to check-in earlier than that). Check-out: 10:00 AM. Although check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, you may experience longer check-in times between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, as a great many guests arrive and attempt to check-in at this time.
CREDIT CARD: A credit card may required at check-in by property for an additional deposit (separate from the Owner's Damage Deposit) as security or for optional incidental charges.
WIFI INTERNET: WiFi is available, but not free. WiFi access fee paid directly to Resort.
LISTING PHOTOGRAPHS: This property is a timeshare. The photographs shown in this listing are merely representative samples of the rooms at the timeshare. The actual room assigned at check-in may differ somewhat than what is shown here. However, the room size and occupancy count are guaranteed. The quality of all the rooms at WorldMark Park City are similar.
HOUSE RULES: When making this reservation, you must agreed to the owner's "Rental Agreement" document attached to the reservation. These have terms that apply to items chargeable to your deposit, such as not washing all your dishes, not taking out the trash out, or checking-out late.
SPECIAL WORLDMARK RULES: This resort is very strict about name changes. This rental cannot be transferred or sold to another party. Renter must be present with a valid ID and major credit card to check-in. Renter must designate a Registered Guest directly with Owner (and not Rental Property), which can be done up to 72 hours before check-in. Registered Guest must be present to check-in and no other individual may check-in on their behalf. After the initial designation and up to 72 hours before check-in, Renter may make subsequent changes to the name of Registered Guest for a $100 NAME CHANGE FEE. Accordingly, Renter is advised until they are sure of the Registered Guest's name before making the designation. Changing name of Registered Guest after check-in is not permitted. Entire reservation may be cancelled midstay by Rental Property, without refund, if Registered Guest themselves are not staying overnight in unit each day the unit is being occupied. Subletting any nights unused by Registered Guest to any other party is prohibited, and entire reservation may be cancelled midstay by Rental Property, without refund, if subletting occurs. If Registered Guest will not be arriving on the reservation’s check-in date, they must notify Rental Property in advance to let them know of the intended check-in date. If not, the reservation may be given out to another party and the entire rental may be subject to cancellation without refund by Rental Property as a "no show".
SPECIAL COVID-19 TERMS: No refunds or pricing reductions if some of resort’s services and amenities (e.g. pool or hot tub use) are not available or closed due to coronavirus. Except for use of the rented unit itself, all other resort’s services and amenities are not included in the rental, but provided on a complimentary, non-guaranteed basis. A full refund is available only if the resort is shutdown (either fully or partially) AND the resort itself cancels the reservation. This means that no refund is available, if the resort can honor the reservation, but other attractions in the area are closed (e.g. ski lifts closed or lift reservations are unavailable). Claims for losses due to resort's own cancellation of the reservation are limited to the actual payment for rental of the unit, and claims for all other losses incurred by guest are waived (i.e. airfare, car rental, lift tickets, etc.). Guest agrees either to purchase their own insurance or to self insure in order to cover coronavirus related losses.
