Includes full kitchen with all the dishes and cookware. Also includes large master bathroom complete with hot tub, large shower area and dual sinks. 1 BR lockoff includes large roman tub to soak away those sore feet from a day walking the parks. Several TVs that receive all of your favorite cable channels along with the DVD players. Unit includes a washer and dryer.
Outdoor amenities include tennis courts, basketball area, sand volleyball courts, grilling stations, and the famous volcano pool with a large sunning deck area. As a guest, you will also have access to additional pools, mini golf course, and weekly activity schedules at its sister property.
Only about 1 mile from Disney Springs. Very close to all the Disney parks and easy driving to Seaworld and Universal. Within walking distance to many restaurants and stores.
Please note that although certain dates may be shown as unavailable in 2024 when trying to book in VRBO, please let us know and we will work with you on your preferred dates of availability. Also, please note, that you must use a Saturday to Saturday 7-day reservation. We cannot accommodate request for less or more than 7-days.
This is a vacation resort unit, the unit will be assigned upon check in by the front desk, special requests are accepted, but not guaranteed.
There is a $22.50 nightly resort fee due upon check in to the front desk, this fee is nightly and not per person. A valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 refundable security deposit will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).
Resort fee includes: WiFI access, shuttle service to select theme parks (Disney, SeaWorld and Universal); mini-golf; sports equipment (tennis, basketball, pickle-ball, shuffleboard); barbecue equipment and PressReader.
