You Need to Know
Prior to checking in:
- The resort is located one block from ocean.
- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
- Additional parking (self-park) based on availability. $15 per vehicle per night for hotel guests, marketing and exchange. $7 per vehicle per night for owners, club, DEX and Sampler.

When checking in:
Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $14.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).

- Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

-Please message us if you have any questions regarding the room, resort, etc. prior to booking your reservation. We can address those questions and avoid any possible confusion that may come up after we have booked your reservation.

-Interior room shots are examples of the interior layout only and do not represent the the actual unit that will be assigned upon check in. The unit and floor will be assigned by the resort during check-in only. We will not be able to request any unit/floor in advance. You will, however, be booked at the type of room requested and shown on the listing; unless agreed by both guest/host of another type of room to be booked in advance.

-Occasionally, the resort schedules maintenance work without our knowledge. We cannot guarantee certain amenities will be available during your stay, and not responsible for this. You can feel free to message us and ask if we know of any scheduled maintenance ahead of time. We will do our best to provide that info to you, if the resort lets us know.

-This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. All units are assigned by the resort upon check-in. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Pricing and availability may vary.

-Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. The confirmation number we will provide to you after booking has been processed is the number you will use for the reservation, NOT the confirmation code.

-Availability is based on live inventory. If dates you want are currently blocked, please inquire about dates or any questions by sending us a message. We are happy to assist and would love to host you on your next trip!
