From your private, master bedroom balcony overlooking the gorgeous 1,200 acre Swaner Nature Preserve, you can see the Park City and Deer Valley ski areas in the distance. From your living room deck, you can enjoy the serenity of the Preserve from your private hot tub with a glass of wine in hand. If you cross-country ski, snowshoe, run or bike, you can jump on miles of a well-manicured trails right out the back door. Think of this townhome as 'Activity Central' and your home away from home!
The Newpark Resort Townhomes are part of the vibrant Redstone district. Within walking distance, you will find a grocery store, a movie theater, great restaurants, lively nightlife and diverse shopping opportunities.
